Allie is a Rogue Valley native who’s been slaying nails in Southern Oregon for nearly 30 years. With over two decades of experience as both a brand educator and independent educator, she’s traveled the world sharing her knowledge, skills, and love for the nail industry. She’s no stranger to competition either—Allie has taken home multiple awards from nail competitions and has even been featured as a cover artist in industry magazines. What she loves most? The people. Building real relationships with her clients and creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, confident, and taken care of. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her hanging out with her family and grandkids, camping, paddleboarding, or at a concert living her best life.
Jarrett Baker has over 10 years in the nail industry-so no, he’s not new to this. As a nail tech, product educator, and award-winning competitor, he knows exactly what he’s doing behind the table. Raised in the salon (thanks, Mom), Jarrett grew up around the industry and it shows. He specializes in short to medium-length acrylics and structured gel manicures that are clean, strong, and built to last. If you want nails that can actually keep up with your life, he’s your guy. When he’s not doing nails, you’ll find him coaching wrestling at McLoughlin Middle School, fishing with his grandpa, or spending time with his family. Skilled. Consistent. Zero fluff.
Katie has been slaying nails for over 15 years and brings serious skill (and a little sass) to the table. She’s not just a nail tech—(she waxes too) she’s also an experienced educator who loves sharing her knowledge with others in the industry. She’s taken her talent to the competition stage, earning multiple individual trophies and even a team win along the way—because yes, she’s that good. When you sit in Katie’s chair, you’re not just getting great nails—you’re getting a real connection. She loves getting to know her clients and building relationships that go beyond the salon. Outside of work, Katie is all about paddle boarding, concerts, dill pickles (no sweet pickles allowed), and hanging out with her furry kids, Sally and Arlo.
